SCOM 2012 R2 Service Level Tracking

Hi,

I setup a Service level Tracking in SCOM but the problem is that some services are disabled every day at night. during that time i have disabled notification for the distributed application but Service level tracking get's that hit and reports false on the downtime.

is there a way to disable service level tracking during a specific time so it dose not reflect in the SLA the " false downtime"?

Thanks.

For SLT, you can define what the monitor tracks to determine availability and planned maintenance is one of the option. You make sure that planned maintenance is not selected as a count of the down time and then create a schedule task which put this service monitor into maintenance mode.
