This appears to be the lastest info available regarding the Technical Preview (what will presumably be the "2016") version:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt126213.aspx
key point is this: "With Windows 10, System Center Configuration Manager Technical Preview will manage Windows Defender on Windows 10 computers without installing a separate Endpoint Protection agent. This means that all malware management and reporting will now come from Defender. The Endpoint Protection agent is still required for Windows 8.1 and earlier Windows operating systems."
Here's the link for overall ConfigMgr Technical Preview 3:
https://technet.microsoft.com/library/dn965439.aspx
The SCEPInstall.exe version bundled with the Tech Preview 3 client is 4.7.214.0, so currently there's nothing newer than what is already generally available.
