In a nutshell 

Can an existing SCCM PXE enabled DP be used as the PXE Server for VMM 2012 ? 

If not is there a way that they can co-exist on the same subnet peacefully? and how (if any is req'd) is the additional config done?

I have seen the similar thread , someone had added SCCM DP into SCVMM as a PXE server successfully .
