We have a new Small Business Server 2008 Enterprise version. We access it through 2003 Terminal Server and Windows XP computers. Randomly there are delays (hour glass) when accessing a 2008 server share or saving to a 2008 server share. The delays are from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. There are a maximum of 10 users, drivers are updated, the server has fast hard drivers, plenty of RAM and dual quad core Xeon CPUs. I find no errors in the logs. Task Offloading is disabled. XP clients installed with http://connect. Http://connect does not run on server. 2003 TS and clients both experience delays. Has anyone seen this and can you provide me with some sort of direction for fixing it?M
