Running out of space on my Windows Server 2003 R2 system partition
I have a windows server 2003 R2 with the following configurationprimary partition C: 12GB NTFS (system and apps)primary partition E: 50GB NTFS (data)unallocated 100GBHow can I expand my C: drive size without reinstalling everything? Is it possible or is there a way to create a new partition, move the programs files folder off to the new partition and create a symbolic link to it so I don't have to uninstall/reinstall the apps? Or is there another solution?

If the unallocated space is between C and E, you can extend the system partition without other third-party tools, Windows provides diskpart commond, for details, refer http://www.hdd-tool.com/partition-magic/use-diskpart-command-to-resize-partitions.htm Don't create new partition, as the unallocated space is used to extend the system partition. If you don't want to use diskpart or the unallocated space is behind your partition E, you may extend partition with Partition Magic Server, all you need to do is dragging and moving on disk map to resize and extend the partition.
