Revoking an SSL Web certificate which was setup with Windows 2008 Certificate Services and a Web duplicate template
I just revoked a web certificate I created with a duplicate Web template , Windows 2008 AD. I revoked it from my Issuing CA MMC\ Certificate Athority \Issued Certificates. I selected the certificate and revoked it. My issuing CA is a Windows 2008 Enterprise server R2, SP1. After revoking the certificate I opened my MMC /Certificates/Personal and the certificate is still showing up. Can I delete that now and issue a new on? When I revoke a certificate is it immediate?
