Hi All,

I have access to a cloud hosted machine i.e I know the admin log in of the but I am not an admin its cloud space.I shut down the cloud VM by mistake.

is there any way I can turn it on remotely

ex. I have access to the machine XXX.XX.XXX.XX with admin login contoso\administrator

that got shutdown how can I turn it on ?

Hi Sita,

Please contact the support or the clould service provider.

Alternately your admin managing the VDI infra might be able to turn it on for you, you can do it as well if you have access to the management website.

From windowsAzure portal you can restart. start and stop your VM.
