I have question related to report model security.

The issue is when users access the report model, they are able to see data related to all the offices but the requirement is to restrict the access for their respective offices. The Report Model is on OLTP System.

How to achieve this in SSRS report model?

In SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), model item security allows us to grant access to groups or users. Model item security allows us to selectively expose items in the model to different users and groups. Model item security is enabled and configured using Report Manager.
