Report lines differ from onscreen count

Software screen shows 1253 instances of AIS client, run report and export as CSV or Excel and only 1115 installs reported - why?

Thanks, Arnie

Hi Arnie,

The reports show only data for computers that reported in the last 60 days from the date selected where as the UI shows the count of all the computers that reported. In your case, 1253 - 1115 = 138 computers did not report in the last 60 days and hence not showing up in your CSV or Excel report. If you select an earlier date in the report, you would be able to retrieve the list of the unreported computers. Hope this helps.

Ram
