Replication Issues

HI,

  We have 5 Sites and each site got a DC.  Now site admins are complaining that when they create users or computers not replicate in the 15 min interval according to the NTDS Settings to the other Sites.

When they run repadmin /kcc   and  repadmin /showreples  no errors then objects are appears in the AD after that?

Also noticed that we add NEW site last month and since then all the OLD Site<automatically generated> changed to GUID and 

NEW site to <automatically generated>
