How can I repair a server role? For example, Windows Sharepoint Services. I'd like to repair or reinstall the server role, without having to completely remove and install the role.I successfully repaired the Sharepoint 3.0 service, but this is with the setup.exe that I downloaded.Thanks.

I don't think there's an option to repair a role. Sharepoint has can also be repaired by running the configuration wizard.
