We are running System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 CU7 (v6.1.7221.110) on a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 virtual machine.
It was set up a long time ago and it hasn't really been paid a huge amount of attention except for the odd update patch and MP here and there.
Needless to say it's a bit of a mess.
There are a lot of servers still listed (in Monitoring > Windows Computers and Administation > Device Management) which no longer exist. A lot of the time they have been decommissioned without having the SCOM agent uninstalled first.
Can anyone tell me how I can get rid of these in the cleanest possible way? If not clean, then the most effective way.
Any help would be much appreciated.
