Remote Desktop Services - Client OS?
I'm interested in moving to RDS but do not want to do a hardware refresh to actual 'thin client' devices. Since I already have PC class hardware that is running XP SP3, I would like to wipe those machines and install a thin client OS that would just present an RDP client and that's all. Can anyone recommend anything like that? I have tried Google but haven't had much luck. I'll probably end up with some kind of severely locked down Linux client. Thanks,

Did you have a look at Windows Embedded Standard 2009, which is a light version of Windows often found as the OS in newer thin clients. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsembedded/standard/dd940301.aspxfor more information.
