Installed new 2012 R2 RDSH server.  When I attempt to connect to the Remote Resources URL I get the following error message:

Failed to load Remote Resources at 'https://server name" Connection Closed (2)

I installed a Self Signed Cert on my new RDSH server.  

It works fine for on my old development installation of RDSH without a Self Signed Cert.

If you created a self signed cerrtificate on a RD Session Host server, please make sure the name on that certficate is the name of the server, not the name of the farm.

In addition, did you find any detailed error message in event viewer?
