How do I do to activate the resource of Remote Desktop, without the users lose its current configuration?

You can configure Remote Desktop on Windows Vista and Windows Server "Longhorn" by right-clicking Computer in the Start Menu and opening Properties. Then click the "Remote settings" link on the left hand side.
