Remote Assistance Security
Hello, I have enabled Remote Assistance and enabled the correct ports in the windows firewall through Group Policy (Domain Profile). It is working fine on the local lan, and over my wan. The issue I am having is, when my users connect via our vpn client(checkpoint), it is not working. The reason is, we have enabled port 135 for the domain network, but NOT the Public and Home/Work network, due to possible security risks. When are users connect to VPN, they are automatically on either the public/home/work networks. The "Domain" network is not even an option. My question is, is there a way to get this to work, without opening these ports on the Home/Work And Public Networks, or is that the only option? Thanks
