Hi All,

Above is the error i am getting after i install a new certificate for my RDG and RDS as they were already expired.

I never had this error before and it works fine.

If you have some ideas please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi Romeo,

Please ensure that the new certificate is installed in Computers personal store.

In addition, if the Gateway Server is running Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2, please use RD Gateway Manager to replace the old certificate with the new one.

If the Gateway Server is running Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2, you can configure certificate within Deployment Properties.

Hi,

I already installed the new certificates into the Deployment Properties

All are Trusted and OK

but i notice in RDG Server

"The RD Gateway service is shutting down. This maybe voluntary administrator restart or a configuration driven restart due to RDG server certificate change. If the RD Gateway shutdown was not expected, kindly verify whether the following services are started: (1) Network Policy Server; (2) Remote Procedure Call (RPC); (3) RPC/HTTP Load Balancing Service;  and (4) World Wide Web Publishing Service. Also, check Event Viewer for Network Policy Server (NPS) and IIS events that might indicate problems with NPS or IIS."

I still get the same error....

Hi,

Seems like the RD Gateway service is down, please follow the suggestions above to troubleshoot the issue.

In addition, you may restart the server during non-working hours to see whether the issue perisists.
