Hi, Windows XP use different profile with later edition of Windows operating systems, Windows Vista, 7, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2. This issue might be caused by profile V1 and V2. To resolve this issue, you may need to make profile V1 and V2 work Interoperability. As a best practice, you may consider to use folder redirect function to redirect user profile data to a central network location.
