Hello,

Our environment is currently set to redirect desktop, documents, pictures, etc. to store on the server rather than on the local machines. We have a user that mostly works on sites, and it seems like the folders aren't syncing locally. He is only able to access his desktop when on the network itself, and if you disconnect from the network, all of his files disappear.

Is there a setting that I'm missing to allow him to sync them to his system so he gets a local copy?

May I ask what's the operating system for the the client?

Does it Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2?

Does the only account meet the problem? You could also run gpresult and open Sync Center to have a check.
