I setup a backup on a server but I made the mistake to locate the backup in the wrong destination. I overwrite the data on that Hard Drive and now I need to recover it. Do you know which tool will be the best to recover VHD and data?

Look for a company in your area that offers data recovery services. There are no simple tools that accomplish this sort of recovery.  And that is reflected in the cost of these services - it runs hundreds to thousands of dollars depending upon the amount of data and how 'completely' the data was lost.

If data is already overwritten, you may not able to get it recovered - you can have a try in contacting a data recovery company but it is possible that those data are gone from the hard disk.
