I have created Monitor to monitor one service for Linux Server that is working fine , Alerts are generate once the Service Down or UP.

now i want to use  re-mediation from SCOM for the Linux Servers, like once such Service Down/not running than it should be auto start.. is this feasible through SCOM 2012 R2?? how ever i have create one task that is working but i need to start this

What you want is a 'Recovery Task' but unfortunately it is not available in SCOM 2012 R2 and lower versions of SCOM for UNIX/Linux monitors via the UI. You can add it manually by modifying the MP however. Please see this link for details.
