I have 3 sites connecting to a RADUIS server. On 2 sites every thing works fine on the third site the clients some time are not able to connect to the radius. It keeps on trying. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the reason code for the error. You would find that at the end of the error in the event viewer.

It says Reason-Code = 5 Reason = The user account domain cannot be accessed.

Please apply the hotfix: 946813, the issue seems to be same as mentioned Windows Server 2003-based IAS servers do not send "access reject" packets to IAS clients when the clients use unknown domain names in authentication requests http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946813
