RPC server error

Hi Friends,

I am facing an problem will I RDP my servers in the network.

Issues:

1. I am getting RPC error after I login to server via RDP using my Domain Admin user ID.

2. If I try to login to server physical then I am able to login to domain without any issues.

3. But I am able to RDP the same server via local admin users of the serve via RDP.

4. I verified the computer Browser & Secondary logon service are up & both are in started mode.

Please can any one of them suggest me what to verify to resolve this issues.

I am using Windows 2003 servers in the network.

Hi,

RPC issues can occur due to multiple reasons.

Please provide the complete error message to help better.

Hi Mah5esh,

Is the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper enabled?  If this service is disabled, you are unable to remote desktop into the server.

In addtion, please offer more error details.

Hi,

I am getting RPC error and all the services are up & running fine.

Also no error reported in the event viwer also.
