I intermittently get the message posted below. Sometimes I connect just fine, others not. I work remotely often so this issue is completely interrupting my ability to work. Help?

"RPC Error: The given host was not found by the gateway server. Please make sure the hostname is correct.(23005)"

As the error message indicates, you were connecting to a remote server via host name. However, the RD gateway server did not find the server you provided. Therefore, please make sure that the host name was correct. Also, you can try IP address instead.

In addition, if you need further assistance, please provide us the log file after you reproduce the issue from the Mac client side for further research.
