We implemented RDS 2012 R2 a while ago and everything has been working great.  We opened up a new site and created a new collection and are now plagued with the Temp profile issue that MS has been refusing to acknowledge and/or fix. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to alleviate this issue?  I saw that there is a hotfix for 2012 but not for R2.  Any help would be much appreciated

There is a workaround for temporary profile issue, we need to delete the registry key. 
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\ProfileList
You can find the subkey with ProfileImagepath, once you find correct name match with username, delete it and perform re-login by user. Now user can have a login with normal profile.
