RDP Session Server 2008
I have a server running Server 2008 R2 64 bit (also running Exchange 2010). I can RDP into the server without issue. When any other domain admin account attempts to RDP into the server, they get the following error:
User Profile service service failed the login.
User Profile cannot be loaded.

Check inbound rules of firewall once and also check for the group policies if you have any.
Also check whether you have any trust relationships among domains or not?Regards, Ravikumar P

Thank you all for your help and suggestions. It was a permissions issue on the Default User folder. Checked box to inherit permissions and RDP session now launches without error.
