I have searched the forums and Google to no avail. I have two DCs, both of which are Server 2012, and a file server that is also 2012. None of the machines have the RAS role installed. With that said, RAS is using my DHCP leases and I cannot get it to stop. I tried to disable the RAS service, explicitly, and it still manages to start - this is on my DC1, which is also my DHCP server. Any ideas on how I can stop DHCP from handing out RAS IPs?
