RAS using DHCP leases when I do not have RAS role installed
I have searched the forums and Google to no avail. I have two DCs, both of which are Server 2012, and a file server that is also 2012. None of the machines have the RAS role installed. With that said, RAS is using my DHCP leases and I cannot get it to
stop. I tried to disable the RAS service, explicitly, and it still manages to start - this is on my DC1, which is also my DHCP server. Any ideas on how I can stop DHCP from handing out RAS IPs? Again, I do not have RAS installed on any of my servers. Thank

Anyway, how do you realize this, please post a screen shot and also an unedited ipconfig /all from the client with that settings.
Additional post an unedited ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS servers you use.
