Menus shown from the application menu bar show an arrow at the top and bottom when an application is moved from the primary monitor to the secondary monitor.

To reproduce the problem you need to make notepad available under the Work Resources (RADC) menu. Launch notepad on the primary monitor and review the 'View' menu. A single 'Status Bar' option is displayed. Move notepad to the secondary monitor and click on the 'View' menu again. This time all you can see are up and down arrows.
