Quick and stupid question
From what I am reading about using Bitlocker, you MUST encrypt the OS volume, yes? I was hoping to just encrypt the Data (DB and Log) volumes on our new Exchange 2013 server. Is this correct? Thanks for any info.

It is up to you. You can encrypt either OS volume or any data volume. As far as I know Exchange is fully supported to use Bitlocker.
