Quick and stupid question
From what I am reading about using Bitlocker, you MUST encrypt the OS volume, yes? I was hoping to just encrypt the Data (DB and Log) volumes on our new Exchange 2013 server. Is this correct? Thanks for any info.

Encrypt the operation system drive is not a prerequisite for using BitLocker on other data volumes. You can enable BitLocker on whichever volume you choose.
