Hi all, I run Win2K8 SP1 with MMC v3.0. I made an mmc and added the Exchange Management Console snap-in to it. I wish to customize this mmc so that Mailbox (which is located under Recipient Configuration) is the only thing users see when they open it. I run the mmc in author mode, right-click on Mailbox and choose "new window from here," then close the other window and save it. After that, I close the mmc and re-open it only to find that the original window that shows all tools has re-appeared. What am I doing wrong?
