We have this 0 appear in all our reports for SNMP network devices i.e RAM,CPU,Used space on disk etc.

I believe i have answered my own question. the field where 0 is mentioned usually denotes the instance of the performance rule. Since these are SNMP devices and SCOM cannot understand the instance pertaining to the OID to shows them as 0.
Please correct if my understanding is wrong.
