Programatic Access to Outlook Windows Server 2008
Windows Server does not check for anti virus and thus it seems impossible to turn off programatic access security warnings. Is there a way to use VB code in the calling program (VB in MS Excel 2010) to turn this on and off? Antivirus software is installed and is up to date.

I encounter the same problem : I have a Windows Server 2008 with outlook 2011. I need to enable programmatic access to outlook (in options / trust center) but the radio button box is grayed. Under the box there is a message that suggests that this area is grayed because of the unavailability of the anti-virus checking. Is there a registry trick that would circumvent this problem ? Regards
