Programatic Access to Outlook Windows Server 2008
Windows Server does not check for anti virus and thus it seems impossible to turn off programatic access security warnings. Is there a way to use VB code in the calling program (VB in MS Excel 2010) to turn this on and off? Antivirus software
is installed and is up to date.

Hello,
i have no idea what you are talking about. What does this all have to do with Outlook?
"Windows Server does not check for anti virus and thus it seems impossible to turn off programmatic access security warnings" What does this mean in detail for you?
" Is there a way to use VB code in the calling program (VB in MS Excel 2010) to turn this on and off? " Turn on/off WHAT?

I encounter the same problem :
I have a Windows Server 2008 with outlook 2011. I need to enable programmatic access to outlook (in options / trust center) but the radio button box is grayed. Under the box there is a message that suggests that this area is grayed because of the unavailability
of the anti-virus checking. Is there a registry trick that would circumvent this problem ?
