Hi all,
we have this problem: using GFI Mail Essentials (version 2014 build 2031113) on Windows Server 2012 Standard (Exchange 2013) we have two public subfolders named "Add to blocklist" and "Add to whitelist".
We drag&drop e-mails into these folders if want to block or add to whitelist senders.
Every hour GFI process these e-mails and update the block and white lists with new entries, after the folders will be empty for new entries.
The problem is that if we add more of 6 e-mails per folders the processing will be not performed and the queue will be blocked.
We have opened a ticket on GFI support but after few days of tests the say us that this is a limit/problem of Exchange from 2010 version.
We need a solution because some of our customers need to elaborate more than 6 spam's e-mail per hour.
Thanks and best regards.
