Problems injecting Lenovo T410 drivers into WinPE
Hi Guys, I was just wondering if anyone has successfully injected Lenovo T410 drivers into a WinPE? I have tried injecting them into WinPE 2.0 (boot.wim) using peimg.exe I have tried injecting them into WinPE 3.0 (litetouch.wim) using dism.exe Both of these appear to inject the drivers successfully, but when I boot into either PE I get the usual missing drivers error. I know this could be a specific Lenovo issue, but I'm hoping one of you guys might have come across something similar with other models or manufacturers. Thank you in advance for any help! JamieFumi

OK, figured out a workaround: Go to the following link: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=555&l=en&s=biz&releaseid=R219569&SystemID=PREC_M6400&servicetag=&os=WLH&osl=en&deviceid=22327&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=1&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=0&libid=36&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&source=-1&fileid=312511 Download these drivers, put them into your MDT 2010 Deployment Share, update the Deployment Share. Another thing I did was replace the LiteTouch image in WDS with the one I injected the drivers into. I assume this is done automatically, but I wanted to be sure. JamieFumi
