As previously posted in the now Read Only thread the zip I downloaded will not accept any password. I did download and install 7zip as it appeared to fix the problem (if you search the same title minus '- Again') last. It did not. This is very frustrating.

To make sure we are discussing the same download I am downloading the USB CPU spike issue (to resolve a latency issue) from: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981214 For Vista x64. I downloaded it 3 times yesterday, and after reading your note, again today, all with the same results. Any help would be appreciated as I have been troubleshooting this particular PC for 8 hours and am convinced this is the root cause, if only I could test it.

Hello, then i can't understand that you use another KB number. Anyway, as said before i requested the hotfix 1 minute before and had no problems extracting it.
