I am wondering if anyone can help me with this. I am staying at my uncle's and need online access. He changed his internet yesterday, and I am unable to connect to the network. I think the problem is my end rather than his, because 2 other people here have phones that are connecting to the network ok, as is his PC which I am writing this from. I have the security key, but I can never even get that far when I try to connect because the message flashes up " windows was unable to connect to this network". Can anyone advise?
