I create a database in sql server 2012, and now i cant connect it with my java project on netbeans 8.

Can anyone help me?

1)install    Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) tool.

2) set Environment Variables

Could you please post what that stops you from connecting to SQL Server from your java project on netbean?
