Problem with windows 2008 r2 64bit explorer.exe high load (hanging every 5 seconds)

I've recently installed a windows 2008 r2 64bit on my dedicated server.

In the past week , I've encountered a problem which annoys me! Every time I want to do something , a dialog box shows up which contains 2 options :

  • Check online for a solution and restart the program
  • Restart the program

I've even tried the first one , But it didn't find any solution online. I must choose "Restart the program" every 5-10 seconds to keep working.

I've found that explorer.exe file loads very high and increases using of resources in just a few seconds to %100.

Anyway, Here is the information about the error dialog box :

Has service pack one been applied? Please also run the system update readiness tool.

What is the System Update Readiness Tool?

Then post the complete contents of;
%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

If no errors then also try from cmd.exe session

sfc /scannow

Lastly you can try a repair install.
