Good morning.

I have a problem with the free trial. They are telling me that there is still CHF 189.98 in the account but they are also telling me that there is no more credit remaining. But, in the billing, it is shown that I didn't even use CHF 20.

I wanted to put ppictures to show you my pronblem but the system isn't letting me do that. If you want further informations I am available and if you want pictures of the problem please tell me how to deal with this "Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account".
