Problem with authenticating
You are a system administrator in your company, and you've just created a Dial-up server. You tested the connection, and it works as expected.A user called you and reported that he manged to connect normaly to the server (Dial-in), but that is not able to pass the authentication process and can not access any resources on the remote network.You have verified that the user is able to successfully connect to other dial-in server.What could be the problem?

Hello, nice to see it again, posting a question from a book or test somebody has to take and hoping that we will answer it. :-) Sorry but you should first look yourself to find a solution, otherwise describe what you have already done to figure it out.
