I'm trying to sign in Prometric and i can't
I want to reset password and gave me this message :

I sent an e-mail to webmaster@prometric and explain the problem , and don't receive and mail yet . Any one has problem before !

I think this issue i related with Prometric itself. Please contact them for more help. I'm afraid we're unable to do anything about Prometric.
