Hi,
This issue should be related to Internet Explorer not Windows Server 2003 SP2.
Now please uninstall IE8 first.
Then lets try the following steps to reset IE:
If you are running IE6:
==============
1. Open Internet Explorer, click File, click Import and Export, and then follow the instructions to export cookies to a safe place.
2. Close all windows of Internet Explorer. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double click Internet Options.
3. Click "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies".
Note: Please make sure that you delete offline content as well.
4. Click "Default Level" for each option of the "Security" tab if it is not grayed out.
5. Click "Default" on the "Privacy" tab if it is not grayed out.
6. Click "Restore Default" on the "Advanced" tab.
7. Click "OK" to apply the changes.
If you are running IE7:
==============
1. Click Start, please type inetcpl.cpl (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.
2. Switch to the Advanced tab.
3. Click the "Reset" button.
4. Click OK to confirm the operation.
5. Click Close when the resetting process has finished.
6. Uncheck the "Enable third-party browser extensions" option in the Settings box.
7. Click Apply, click OK.
Hope it helps.
