I have problem to set up that, on Win 2008/2012 server. what should be the correct procedure for doing the captioned setup

Some Questions before:

WHY do you need SUCH an old Java-Version?

If you really dont have to you should go with a newer Java-Version. Best would be a 1.8. And what are you setting up? Oracle DB?
