I am facing some problems in my Domain, this time am using Window Server 2k8-R2 Standard in Server side & In clients Systems I am using Window 7 Professional, then the problem is that, when I am trying to join my clients to domain and Creating new user Account in Active Directory then they cannot joins the domain the error is “Cannot Complete this function” or I am not able to create new user Account then the error is occurring “unable to allocate Relative identifier”

I think you might need first check the active directory functionality on your server to ensure all your system and services are all running properly . how many domain controller in this active directory system ?
