What is the syntax you use to send.

I have send to other computers like this " net send IPADDRESS "Message"That is true i am sure cause i send to other people without any problems , i am sure there is a problem with the destination computer but the messenger service in that computer is started and i also send messages to that computer successfully from other computers , it is a problem with just one computer in my network that is my server.Thank you.Network is my LOVE

Then check for firewall setting in your server.
