Print Server Problem
We have just upgraded both Domain Controllers to Windows Server 2008 R2.
Now any user that wants to add a network printer has to be admin or it denies them access due to group policy.
The print server is running Windows Server 2003.
The strange bit is they can add network printers that are the same model as ones they already have.

The users OS is XP.
Any user can add a printer but they cannot edit any settings.
This is set by the security on the printer, we have checked both group policy and Security settings and have found nothing that was changed since the DC upgrade.

Are these all Local printers? For connections, they can't change any setting on the print server unless they have admin rights on the server.Alan Morris Windows Printing Team
