Currently have configured Print and Document Services-Print Server role at one of our network servers to support a forthcoming printer "refresh". Existing printers are configured for direct IP/print driver install/configuration at client. As we proceed with the printer refresh we will be relying on the printer server. My question-what is the best practice for the removal of printer drivers related to printers to be replaced and the install of the new printers? We have approximately 50 clients (XP/Win7) involved in the project. I look forward to the community's advice and feedback!

Well there are two methods I like to refer to. One would be to use the print management console if those printers are going to come in one at a time. Second method would be a script if you have a complete list of what needs to be removed and what needs to be added as that will accomplish the task much quicker.
