Powershell script with two problems

I don't think anyone has the time or resources to debug all of your code for you. That's not really the purpose of this forum.
I recommend writing a single script that contains only the minimum amount of code needed to reproduce the problem. Then tell exactly what you were expecting to happen, what happened instead, and what error message(s) you get.
