I've user under Power Users group, when they login to the server, they cannot see their desktop and start menu. is there anywhere to make them see it except add them to administrators group.Regards, Wee Yang

Hi, Is this server in an Active Directory domain? What’s the Operating System version? Currently, logon a power user on the server, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Task Manager. Then, select File -- New Task to run explorer.exe. What’s the result? Meanwhile, please update the definition of antivirus software and scan the system. Regards, Bruce
